Hungary's professionals among best qualified in region
Budapest - Hungary's human resources are among the best in the central and eastern European region, according to a survey by Heidrick and Struggles and the Economist Intelligence Unit cited by Friday's Vilaggazdasag.

The survey examined human resources in 13 CEE states from several angles, including the prevailing demographics, education, R+D, and the state of the employment market.
Projecting ahead to the likely line-up in 2012, the survey put Austria top of the "talent index" with 57.9 points and Hungary in fourth place with 46.2, just behind Poland but ahead of Czech Rep, Slovenia and Slovakia.
Experts quoted by the paper say that the exceptional quality of Hungarian professionals largely rests with the high level of training received at multinationals, which make up the biggest slice of the country's economy.
Many companies plan to use EU financing to continue their education and training programmes over the next few years, said the paper.
