Danube expected to rise further in Hungary
Budapest - The Danube is expected to begin rising again in Hungary over the coming days, officials from the Northern Transdanubia Environmental Protection and Water Affairs Directorate told MTI on Monday.

Second-degree flood-protection measures have been put in place on the stretch of the Danube between Komarom and Esztergom (both N Hungary).
Flood-protection measures have also been instituted along the Leitha and Raba rivers in western Hungary.
